Requirements
- 3+ years experience in creative production and project management, preferably at a creative agency or in-house at a CPG company.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and digital asset management systems such as Ziflow and Air.
- The ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for creative storytelling and aesthetics.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated, with a ‘no task is too small’ attitude.
- Interested in and passionate about the environment, sustainability and the Blueland mission.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots, helping with pre-production, scheduling, and on-set logistical coordination.
- Support with talent bidding, budgeting, location scouting, casting, and ensuring necessary supplies, products and resources are available.
- Help manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., photographers, prop stylists) and ensure the smooth flow of communication between internal and external teams.
- Coordinate photoshoot timelines, schedules and assist with billing under the guidance of Creative Operations Director.
- Provide administrative support for photoshoot contracts and vendor agreements.
- Assist with project management for the creative team, helping track timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication cross functionally to ensure all teams and stakeholders are up-to-date on project status or any potential risks.
- Track resource allocation to ensure the smooth progression of creative projects.
- Assist in building and maintaining project timelines and scopes of work.
- Work with cross functional team members to ensure creative briefs are complete with the right context, specs and information that creative team members will need in order to respond to the brief.
- Use project management and asset routing tools (like Asana and Ziflow) to monitor project progress and assist in managing the team’s day-to-day workflow.
- Help organize and maintain photography, design and packaging artwork mechanicals, ensuring they are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Maintain the creative asset usage tracker in Asana and the creative asset DAM in Air.
- Support in the routing of packaging artwork mechanicals across department stakeholders, ensuring they’re routed and delivered on time.
- Ensure assets are aligned with the creative team’s standards and needs, supporting easy retrieval and usage.
