Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, graphic design, industrial design or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in environmental branding, retail design, or experiential marketing, with a strong portfolio of work in corporate and customer-facing environments

Responsibilities

  • Translate the bank’s brand values—trust, security, innovation, and accessibility—into compelling spatial experiences that resonate with diverse customer segments.
  • Lead the creative development of environmental branding, signage systems, wayfinding and digital integration for corporate and client-facing spaces.
  • Design environments that communicate brand values, enhance customer journeys and reduce friction.
  • Partner with brand strategy, real estate, facilities, marketing, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand expression across all physical touchpoints.
  • Integrate sustainable design practices and emerging technologies to future-proof our spaces.
  • Oversee design partners and fabricators to ensure high-quality execution aligned with brand standards.

  • Enthusiastic brand champion with experience creating environments for a clearly defined, highly visible brand
  • Experience mentoring and managing creatives at all levels
  • Experience with legacy brands, especially reimagining them for new audiences
  • Knowledge of and skilled use of AI tools while maintaining brand standards
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and managing complex, multi-site projects
  • Expertise in spatial design tools and familiarity with architectural and fabrication processes
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior in service-oriented environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
