Requirements
- Associates degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in operations support
Responsibilities
- Process all system adjustments to booked contracts including changes for inventory requests, refinancing transactions, repossession sales, syndicated contracts, modifications, and assumptions.
- Manage refund processing following compliance procedures and applicable regulations for unclaimed funds.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of Sys Ops tickets for setup, changes, or terminations of customer Direct Debit banking information
- Research and resolve unidentified funds for appropriate application.
- Maintain and reconcile pertinent informational spreadsheets or reporting
- Create credit memos or debit memos as required for waive of late charges, rents after termination, or others
- Review system created changes for accuracy and clean up
- Update addresses related to invoicing and equipment locations
- Complete setup or changes to contract renewals
- Training colleagues on Sys Ops processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, Oracle leasing software, Salesforce software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
