Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related experience
10 years of relevant experience

Develop and Maintain Project Schedules: Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard software to ensure timely completion of water and wastewater projects.
Coordinate with Project Teams: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather essential information for schedule development and track project progress.
Resource Allocation: Assist in identifying and allocating resources effectively to meet project deadlines and optimize project performance.
Monitor Project Progress: Track and report on the progress of projects, adjusting schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in project scope, resources, or timelines.
Risk Management: Identify potential scheduling risks and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project delivery.
Communication: Facilitate regular communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed about schedule changes and project timelines.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Proven experience in project scheduling, preferably within the stormwater / coastal resilience, water, and wastewater sector
Demonstrate proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
Experience in alternative delivery, particularly progressive design build
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of water and wastewater project processes
