Requirements
- Associate’s Degree with 2-4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
- Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle competing priorities required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals including faculty, staff, students and visitors.
- Must project a professional image and demonstrate the ability to diplomatically handle a wide variety of situations.
- Technically adept using a variety of business or technical programs to complete information management or production tasks (Microsoft suite, Faculty Center, Canvas).
- Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Initiating and maintaining online course information/updates in Canvas (course management system), course websites, Student Disability Services systems, Faculty Center.
- Coordinating special needs cases (overtime/make up exams), academic integrity cases; coordinating exam/grading sessions, TA meetings, review sessions.
- Administrative preparation of course materials, coordinates/tracks course logistics all while using a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Providing support for department events as needed.

- Are a diplomatic communicator, with experience that has informed your fair and equitable approach to responding to your customers, including students and faculty.
- Enjoy engaging your technical skills to explore and leverage tools and technology to figure out better and different ways of keeping track of work and information efficiently.
