Requirements
- Experience selling into an agency holding company
- 10+ years of experience leading a national organization in the Digital Advertising industry
- Significant business-development experience, including leading pitches
- Deep understanding of the agency landscape and how to identify who *really* has influence
- A prodigious agency rolodex (executives, discipline leads and account leads) and stellar market reputation
- Experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing start-up environment
- Peerless communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think around the corner and anticipate publisher, advertiser and agency needs
- Ability to influence and communicate with cross-functional internal teams
- Solid understanding of digital advertising including SSP-DSP dynamics, CTV, programmatic landscape, and general sales process
- Motivated team leader who consistently strives to exceed goals and push expectations
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments

Responsibilities
- Establish and grow relationships with Senior / Executive HoldCo agencies, key advertisers, trading desks and DSP contacts
- Territory Leadership – creating team goals, OKRs, hiring, overseeing team training
- Lead sales and business development activities for all major HoldCo agency accounts
- Designing and driving the Vision, Strategy, Execution and Metrics for new business generation, revenue retention, key account growth and product diversification
- Negotiating and structuring trading agreements that drive client adoption of TripleLift’s product portfolio and achieves revenue growth, across Native, Display, Instream, CTV
- Driving maintenance of team’s sales pipeline, accurately and effectively forecasting monthly and quarterly sales, and providing pipeline analysis to inform leadership and course correct to goals
- Influencing Product Roadmap prioritization with the CRO and CPO
- Influencing GTM strategy with our CMO and CPO
- Meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
- Establishing and growing relationships with senior-level decision-makers within the largest independent agencies and holding companies
- Attending industry events, networking effectively, speaking with confidence as a representative of TripleLift
- Presenting TripleLift’s solutions to key decision-makers within holding companies, agencies and top 100 brands
Preferred Qualifications
- CTV or Retail Media experience is a plus
