Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Fully licensed in the state of Nevada preferred (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, etc.).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (post-master’s preferred).
• Open to associate-level clinicians under supervision, depending on fit.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical judgment skills.
• Availability for either 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver short-term, solution-focused, one-on-one counseling to employees.
• Facilitate group debriefings following high-impact content or events.
• Support and participate in workplace wellness initiatives and prevention activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide referrals when longer-term care is needed.
• Maintain timely and confidential documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Promote resilience, mental wellness, and recovery in the workplace.
• Provide accessible care for employees across shifts—including nights and weekends.
• Help foster a culture of psychological safety through direct support and presence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Critical Incident Stress Management or extensive training in conducting group debriefing and defusing support preferred.
• Experience in EAP, crisis intervention, or solution-focused therapy preferred.
