Requirements
- Developing construction cost estimates for capital projects by reviewing scope information with client, market planning, and project management as needed
- Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analysing information
- Assist with value engineering to reduce the cost of construction with no impact to the final project
- Managing historical cost benchmark pricing for all client construction projects
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends
- Leveraging JLL platform for quarterly updates on key construction indices by location
- Providing support during general contractor and architect sourcing events assisting with the validation of pricing, while also participating in both the general contractor and architect interviews
- Develop cost per square foot pricing by client project type
- Enhance overall Cost Estimate service delivery by process optimization and innovation
- Prioritize requests to meet or exceed the customers expectation
