Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Cost accounting experience in manufacturing and a strong understanding of costing methods
- Advanced Excel skills and excel at managing and analyzing large data sets
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within the region
Responsibilities
- Perform cost analysis, oversee month-end closing, and lead variance analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure precise costing and accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making
- Manage inventory controls, conduct counts, and lead reconciliation
- Oversee inter-company inventory transactions and streamline reporting processes
- Support ERP implementation and lead inventory audits
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold a CPA or CMA certification
- Experience with ERP implementation and in environments with multiple operating units
