Requirements
- Five (5) years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience; OR two (2) years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with personnel actions including performance reviews, timecard approval, and oversight.
- Employee management and leadership

- Knowledge of Correctional Rehabilitation
Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, and directing a range of essential services, including case management, counseling, programming, and rehabilitative opportunities for AICs.
- Working side-by-side with dedicated staff and contract providers to ensure these programs are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with agency goals.
- Creating an environment where rehabilitation is prioritized, and people have the chance to build a better future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices related to behavioral change principles and the Risk-Need-Responsivity (RNR) model.
- Proficiency in documentation.
- Experience providing supportive feedback to improve employee performance.
- Experience working in a Correctional environment with justice involved individuals.
- Knowledge of Department of Corrections Systems.
