Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Process all Ryan insurance certificate requests including review of insurance contract provisions for inclusion in certificate.
  • Manage Ryan’s Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) – Track upcoming projects, provide quotes, provide CCIP documents to team, complete application, conduct meetings with project teams to review the process, assist administrator with subcontractor enrollment, collect certificates, provide teams with weekly enrollment documentation and complete project closeout.
  • Manage Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) – Track upcoming projects, review OCIP Manual requirements and conduct meeting with project team to review requirements, assist administrator with subcontractor enrollments, provide teams with weekly enrollment documentation.
  • Obtain subcontractor certificates of insurance for a regional office.
  • Provide backup to Subcontractor Insurance Coordinators who also collect subcontractor insurance certificates.
  • Assist Sr. Director – Risk Management and team with special projects.
  • Additional opportunities may include managing claims, tracking safety statistics and/or maintaining insurance policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with risk management and insurance would be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
