Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or similar position with emphasis on financial analysis, financial modeling and forecasting
- Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment, Netsuite, or SQL proficiency a plus)
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong ability to define KPIs and measure performance
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional leaders, influencing without direct authority
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—can distill complex financial concepts into simple, actionable recommendations
- Self-starter with a growth mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Own financial planning & analysis for corporate foundation teams, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting and reporting
- Provide key insights to senior leadership, supporting corporate objectives and strategic initiatives
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including the leadership team, board of directors, investors, and lenders
- Improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency by identifying and implementing process enhancements
- Support system enhancements, including the selection, design, and implementation of financial planning and reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline and alignment across departments
