Responsibilities
- Develop the foundational playbooks and processes for M&A integration at OpenAI
- Engage in deal diligence, providing guidance on transaction structure, GTM alignment, and strategic business considerations
- Lead and manage cross-functional workstreams throughout the integration lifecycle
- Track and communicate integration progress to executive stakeholders
- Establish and scale a high-performing M&A integration function
