Requirements
- 5+ years of customer success or retention experience
- Experience effectively managing and nurturing a book of business with 100+ customer accounts
- Proven experience identifying and driving expansion, upsell, or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve complex customer issues
- Highly organized with a structured approach to managing work
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with the customers in your book of business
- Retain all customers under your purview
- Identify potential churn risks and work proactively to mitigate them
- Uncover and drive expansion opportunities within your book of business
- Collaborate with internal teams to support expansion efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and curiosity to learn
- Calm under pressure, especially when handling challenging customer situations
- Background in finance or accounting
