Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience healthcare compliance related role.
- Certification in healthcare compliance
- 3 years of experience with internal monitoring, corrective action planning, performance improvement, and relevant Federal, State, and local healthcare compliance laws & regulations.
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
Responsibilities
- Driving the corporate compliance framework.
- Fostering comprehensive compliance projects and activities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and statutes.
- Providing professional and technical support to the Compliance team member(s) and to the leadership and the organization.
- Planning, organizing, and influencing efforts to achieve key compliance performance indicators that have direct & significant business impact across the company.
- Developing corporate compliance objectives, corporate-wide compliance risk assessment process, internal monitoring, and other corporate compliance systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
