Requirements
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in media or public relations
- At least one year of experience working at a PR agency
- Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working with executives
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive, team-first mindset, with a willingness to support projects across the team
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for input or guidance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency across all major social media platforms
Responsibilities
- Support and help execute national and regional campaigns aligned with business priorities
- Develop high-quality communications materials, including blog posts, media pitches/advisories, briefing books and more
- Manage the company’s awards tracker, prepare award content (in partnership with executives) and coordinate submission deadlines
- Track, monitor and measure earned media coverage and campaign performance
- Contribute to campaign, quarterly and annual reporting
- Serve as a utility player across the external communications team, stepping in to support where needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, commercial development, finance, community affairs or public affairs is a plus
