Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • 4-5 years of copywriting experience, with a specialization in social media. Financial services experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with investment banking, capital markets, and/or asset management topics—enough to translate complex financial concepts into engaging, audience‐friendly copy.
  • Experience working with content creation and management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, CMS platforms, AI‐driven tools) and analytic dashboards.
  • Proficiency interpreting performance metrics (engagement, conversions, sentiment, etc.) to optimize content.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with senior stakeholders and cross‐functional teams.
  • Clear, concise writing style with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across audience segments.
  • Proven track record working across multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (strategists, creative designers, stakeholders, and more) to produce high‐impact LinkedIn posts, video scripts, infographics, and other digital assets.
  • Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and messaging that are aligned with the client’s brand.
  • Maintain best practices for publishing across various social channels and post types.
  • Regularly monitor investment banking and management trends to inform ideation.
  • Collaborate with strategists and stakeholders to proactively develop and pitch post concepts, series ideas, and messaging frameworks.
  • Develop pitches rooted in data and insights and confidently present them to your team and senior stakeholders.
  • Understand overall and post-specific KPIs for engagement, reach, and more.
  • Collaborate with strategists to track post performance using technology platforms (e.g., Sprinklr).
  • Refine copy based on real-time data, insights and executive feedback.
  • Liaise with business unit reviewers and compliance partners to refine ideas and edit copy.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation and version control for timely approvals and audits.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging experimentation with new platforms, formats, and storytelling techniques.
  • Foster a center of excellence that maintains a consistent process and follows best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Financial services experience is strongly preferred.
