Requirements
- DEC in a technical discipline; Mechanical engineering, Logistics, Building mechanics, Electrical engineering, Industrial maintenance, etc., or any other relevant experience
- Solid experience in a similar position in the industrial sector (aeronautics an asset)
- Experience in a unionized environment
- Knowledge of computer-aided maintenance management (CMMS) software
- Good technical writing skills: Summary, report, etc.
- Intermediate proficiency in French and beginner in English
Responsibilities
- Determine the optimal windows for carrying out preventive and corrective work while minimizing the impact on production
- Plan the work according to priorities and the availability of equipment and human and material resources
- Carry out, with the technical team, the monitoring of maintenance work throughout the plant
- Integrate HSE requirements when scheduling work orders
- Develop and communicate the annual maintenance schedule with the production teams
- Monitor and publish maintenance performance indicators
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the aeronautics sector is considered an asset
