Responsibilities

  • Contribute to professional business expansion activities
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Company’s objectives in terms of gross operating income and net operating profit
  • Contribute to general business expansion efforts by representing the Company
  • Support Mail Room operations at RMT
  • Manage service delivery of the Soft Services division for RMT and DOR sites
  • Establish a regular inspection routine
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with subcontractors
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the outdoor environment
  • Accurately document work orders and maintain reports
  • Communicate with clients, managers, and colleagues about priorities and schedules
  • Participate in organizing conference rooms and special events
  • Participate in developing the preventive maintenance system
  • Perform any other related tasks
