Responsibilities
- Contribute to professional business expansion activities
- Contribute to the achievement of the Company’s objectives in terms of gross operating income and net operating profit
- Contribute to general business expansion efforts by representing the Company
- Support Mail Room operations at RMT
- Manage service delivery of the Soft Services division for RMT and DOR sites
- Establish a regular inspection routine
- Conduct regular follow-ups with subcontractors
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the outdoor environment
- Accurately document work orders and maintain reports
- Communicate with clients, managers, and colleagues about priorities and schedules
- Participate in organizing conference rooms and special events
- Participate in developing the preventive maintenance system
- Perform any other related tasks
