Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably at one of the following: Sports or entertainment property, Media / consulting / activation agency, Brand with a history of partnerships in the sports and / or entertainment industry
- Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoomifer, and the ability to learn other computer programs
- Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of being responsible and trustworthy in managing confidential information in a large corporation or property
- Capacity to operate efficiently within a fast-paced work environment and corporate culture
- Willing to remain accessible and available to GP staff and executives after hours and during key WWE live events
- Willing and able to travel and work outside normal business hours as needed
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple short-term and long-term priorities for designated projects
- A clear passion for the sports & entertainment sponsorship field

Responsibilities
- Assist in all day-to-day client management responsibilities and media plan fulfillment of domestic and international GP accounts
- Effectively contributes during on-boarding and weekly check-in calls with partners, which includes weekly agenda and recap note assistance
- Creates and assists with the overall management of Account Plans by tracking assets, updating in time for month-end progress check-ins, liaise with internal team members and other departments on current asset delivery
- Cultivate solid relationships with decision-makers and key staff internally to facilitate execution of partnership needs across multiple WWE departments including; Live Events, Television & Content Production, WWE Network, Talent Relations and Advanced Media Group, among others
- Active participation in planning and on-site activations at client and / or WWE events & WWE Superstar appearances
- Assist with compiling all partnership deliverables for internal tracking documents, Broadcast and live-event assets, partner facing documents, etc.
- Distribute company style guides, event schedules, weekly agendas, call recaps, account plans, and other important newsletters to partners
- Assists with scheduling Superstar appearances/initiatives with partners
- Travel to select events to assist the Activation team on-site
- Collaborate in conceptualization and sell-in of creative for co-branded WWE and GP partner content across WWE global media platforms
- Remain current with WWE corporate initiatives, Superstar Talent and content storylines, in addition to overall sports, entertainment and media industry trends
- Other projects and duties as assigned
