Requirements
- Experience with Gen AI tools, such as ChatGPT
- Working proficiency of Adobe FrameMaker or an equivalent DITA XML authoring tool
- Experience programming or scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python, XSLT)
- Excellent communication skills
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Ability to transition between changing priorities and requirements
- Proficient in problem solving and exercising good judgment
Responsibilities
- Research and explore best practices in documenting for Gen AI
- Collaborate with senior technical writers on technical publication objectives
- Work with our Content Strategy team on tools or process improvements
- Transforming content to/from DITA XML
- FrameMaker documentation updates for structured topic-based DITA
- Test and improve publication processes
