Requirements
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Poly.
- Requires 8 years of experience with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA. May consider 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in customer space.
- 3+ years of COOP business analytical experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic planning, business planning, briefing/reporting preparation, and other types of System Integration support.
- Developing, writing and executing COOP exercises.
- Facilitating training for the workforce.
- Briefing to upper level customer leadership.
- Work with client to refine specific exercise planning and execution goals.
- Provide planning documentation, preparation of delivery materials, facilitation and after action reports.
- Draft an annual exercise strategy/plan with exercise planning goals, objectives, methodology and calendar of proposed exercises.
- Participate and document exercise planning efforts and meeting minutes for the exercises design, work-flow, after action reporting and corrective action planning.
- Assess COOP plans, OPORDS, OPLANS and issuances to develop draft COOP strategy documents.
- Assist with administrative functions of COOP planning for both events and exercises.
- Assist with continuity training and exercise requirements, developing continuity exercise curriculum, and supporting continuity bi-annual, annual and ore frequent exercises.
