Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience including 5+ years in pre and post contract functions in large, international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
- Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws.
- Knowledge of building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable coordinating large groups of stakeholders including workshop facilitation.
- Recognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or another related field.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for contract administration including all contractual communications, instructions, and variations.
- Responsible for assuring contract compliance across the program and ensuring that the program delivery teams understand their contractual obligations.
- Work collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance.
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of staff.
