Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Physical sciences etc. – Required
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the contract process from inception to expiration, including amendments and renewals
  • Prepare, negotiate, and track customers’ contracts
  • Review contract documents and requests for proposals to identify risks
  • Redline and negotiate NDA’s, MOU’s, contract amendments and contracts of moderate to significant value
  • Serve as Customer Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) system administrator to manage the contract process
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of at least two (2) of the company’s core businesses
  • Identify the steps in assessing and managing risk
  • Manage administrative staff
  • Successfully manage and implement moderately complex projects
