Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Physical sciences etc. – Required
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the contract process from inception to expiration, including amendments and renewals
- Prepare, negotiate, and track customers’ contracts
- Review contract documents and requests for proposals to identify risks
- Redline and negotiate NDA’s, MOU’s, contract amendments and contracts of moderate to significant value
- Serve as Customer Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) system administrator to manage the contract process
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of at least two (2) of the company’s core businesses
- Identify the steps in assessing and managing risk
- Manage administrative staff
- Successfully manage and implement moderately complex projects
