Responsibilities

  • Review, process and submit bids/contracts
  • Monitors bid websites for potential opportunities
  • Carefully reviews potential bid/contract, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies
  • Working with Sales Rep/Product Management on product offering and pricing
  • Collaborating with internal sources such as legal and human resources to ensure compliance
  • Identify potential risks contract may pose to company
  • Completing bid package including filling out forms, obtaining proper signatures, and including all documentation as requested in bid proposal while ensuring margin and revenue thresholds are met
  • Sending completed bid package prior to bid opening time/date
  • Tracking amendments, responses, and awarded contracts
  • Monitors sales and processes usage reports to entities
  • Works closely with outside sales team
  • Manages new customer forms requests, completing forms as requested
  • Other duties may be assigned
