Responsibilities
- Review, process and submit bids/contracts
- Monitors bid websites for potential opportunities
- Carefully reviews potential bid/contract, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Working with Sales Rep/Product Management on product offering and pricing
- Collaborating with internal sources such as legal and human resources to ensure compliance
- Identify potential risks contract may pose to company
- Completing bid package including filling out forms, obtaining proper signatures, and including all documentation as requested in bid proposal while ensuring margin and revenue thresholds are met
- Sending completed bid package prior to bid opening time/date
- Tracking amendments, responses, and awarded contracts
- Monitors sales and processes usage reports to entities
- Works closely with outside sales team
- Manages new customer forms requests, completing forms as requested
- Other duties may be assigned
