Responsibilities
- Own and project manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offer letters
- Creating job postings and managing job boards
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for all roles they own
- Schedule and conduct intake calls with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Interview Notes
- Updating Interview Tracker
- Email Responses to hiring managers
- Weekly updates
