Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent years of relevant work-related experience required
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience required
- Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience is strongly preferred
- Social media recruitment and sourcing experience is strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new software systems and databases
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Capable of all physical demands
- Occasional travel to partner location(s)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Maintain relationships with the candidate and hiring leader through all stages of the recruitment process
- Review applications to determine eligibility, screen qualified candidates using Behavioral Based Interviewing, schedule interviews with hiring leaders, manage job advertisements and manage workflow in ATS
- Partner with the other Talent Specialists as needed and work with Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Ensure confidentiality and company and legal compliance with talent acquisition processes
Preferred Qualifications
