Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent years of relevant work-related experience required
• Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience required
• Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience is strongly preferred
• Social media recruitment and sourcing experience is strongly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new software systems and databases
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Capable of all physical demands
• Occasional travel to partner location(s)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Maintain relationships with the candidate and hiring leader through all stages of the recruitment process
• Review applications to determine eligibility, screen qualified candidates using Behavioral Based Interviewing, schedule interviews with hiring leaders, manage job advertisements and manage workflow in ATS
• Partner with the other Talent Specialists as needed and work with Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
• Ensure confidentiality and company and legal compliance with talent acquisition processes

Preferred Qualifications
