Requirements
- At least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience using recruiting applications and creative methods to source qualified candidates (we use Greenhouse ATS)
- Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to match the needs of the team
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable with change and can easily adapt
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various methods such as social media, Indeed, Carvana website
- Conducting in-depth phone interviews via phone
- Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews
- Manage the candidate expectations regarding the background check process
- Working with your key stakeholders to ensure you know what is expected of you
- Focus on a high conversion rate from interview to offer
- Other duties as assigned
