Requirements
- Education: Incoming junior, senior, or higher education with at least one semester of school remaining. Engineering major or computer science is preferred.
- Experience: Previous work experience in any field is preferred. Work experience within the internship discipline is strongly preferred but not required.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Special Skills: Ability to multitask, motivated self-starter, and collaborative.

- Location: For positions where relocation is not offered, students must be within a commutable distance to the facility, which is 60 miles or less.
Responsibilities
- Support Continuous Improvement Engineer with facility-wide automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with management and department leaders to drive process improvement efforts.
- Assist in the development of tools, documentation, and reports that support long-term operational excellence.
