Requirements
- 5-10+ years experience working across content types with deep intuition and pulse on crypto Twitter and/or frontier technologies
- Thrives in an always-on production environment to curate and pull the best out of many types of creative and technical minds in both support and curation/creation role
- Loves a substance-first approach to content; ability to unpack the truth over the hype – can move past the jargon
- Optimism and vision for crypto and the role of frontier technologies
- Experience leading social strategy and/or content and editorial teams at a firm, in-house or in a fast-paced media environment
- High agency and entrepreneurial approach; can keep things moving with minimal guidance
- High intuition for recognizing emergent trends and interpreting and using data; both to measure effectiveness and as a tool in storytelling
- Familiarity with measurement and sourcing tools like CreatorIQ or similar
Responsibilities
- Become a central resource and “producer” for Paradigm’s X/Farcaster strategy and support our Investing and Research team’s presence
- Build a support system and creative engine for our portfolio companies as they navigate news, announcements and issues on X and beyond
- Build systems and/or hire resources to effectively launch new content formats; including structures like editorial calendars that increase speed, consistency and impact across a variety of people, events and content types
- Support and mentor the broader Paradigm team to drive quality and impact on social and in the content we create for our blog and events
- Partner with design and IT to drive quality and efficiency of publishing tools/formats on our website and as new content formats are explored; support IT with staging, formatting and editing of posts for the website
- Scale our data-driven storytelling and uncover ways to test approaches that drive impact
- Develop and lead baseline strategy and voice on networks where we have a presence outside of Twitter; help test, own and stand up new formats
