Requirements

  • 5+ years of integrated content creation experience as a content strategist, copywriter, creative project manager, or creative producer.
  • Experience writing advertising, learning and development, and internal communications copy.
  • Demonstrated success working in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience mentoring partners/vendors by anticipating roadblocks and providing feedback on creative and production issues.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, manage, and create content across all business areas, including content strategy and editorial planning, copywriting, and creative project management for our proprietary marketing products and brand communications.
  • Collaborate with creative producers, marketers, communication team members, and executives to develop and curate marketing collateral, customer success stories, and internal/external communications that engage and retain agents and their clients.
  • Use strong editorial judgment to drive the full content lifecycle, including strategy, planning, publishing, distribution, analytics, and measurement.
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to inform and refine strategy and messaging.
  • Establish and refine governance to ensure content is purpose-built and effectively leveraged across diverse audiences and channels.
  • Ideate new content formats and identify innovative engagement strategies through collaboration with content creators and business leaders.
  • Provide expert creative insights on projects and clearly articulate concepts, ideas, and brand guidelines to senior leaders in a friendly and convincing manner.
  • Manage productive brainstorms and transform abstract ideas into a cohesive message across various platforms, including web, communications, field support, and video – all while maintaining the voice of the business.
  • Manage major advertising campaigns from development through completion as a creative strategist.
  • Research internal product solutions and craft persuasive product positioning for the agent and consumer audience.
