Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of content marketing experience within a B2B SaaS environment (experience with FinTech is a huge plus, but not required).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of content types (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies) and an ability to distill complex topics into accessible, engaging content.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and an understanding of how to apply them to content marketing.
- Excellent project management skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve results.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, customer service, and more.
- A passion for storytelling and a knack for finding the right tone and voice for different audiences.
- High attention to detail, with strong editing and proofreading skills.
- The willingness and flexibility to adapt and thrive in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the director of content marketing and other cross-functional teams to create compelling, high-quality content that supports business goals and resonates with B2B SaaS audiences.
- Develop content strategies that align with broader marketing objectives, maintaining consistent messaging across all formats, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and more.
- Write and edit engaging, clear, and results-driven content that effectively communicates complex ideas, particularly about financial systems, automation, and SaaS solutions.
- Help manage the content calendar, delivering projects on time and juggling multiple priorities with ease.
- Help us analyze content performance and use data-driven insights to build new content strategies that drive even greater engagement.
- Serve as a content expert, offering strategic advice to internal teams and helping evolve our content marketing approach to meet ever-shifting market trends.
- Participate in cross-department brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative development of new projects and strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with writing short-form content, such as ad headlines, social post copy, web copy, and emails, while not required, is a huge plus.
