Requirements
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Administrative skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to work in the required work environment, including but not limited to exposure to secondhand smoke from combustible cigarettes and vapors from electronic cigarettes on a daily basis
- Must be 21 years of age to work around tobacco products
Responsibilities
- Preparation and maintenance of all stages of participant activities, including screening, training, and evaluations
- Developing positive participant communications and relationships
- Entering and updating study information into computer systems
- Collecting and organizing panelists’ paperwork and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Consumer/market research experience preferred
