Responsibilities
- Own the full DTC sales journey end-to-end: online and offline conversion, transaction execution, delivery coordination, and post-sale onboarding
- Operate the system: monitor performance, close deals, solve problems, and ensure a seamless buying experience every single day
- Build and manage our initial physical presence (e.g. showrooms, pop-ups, high-touch demo sites) to complement the digital funnel together with our Product and Facilities team
- Collaborate with product and design to continuously improve the purchase and onboarding experience
- Coordinate tightly with operations to ensure fulfillment, delivery, and customer handoff run smoothly
- Track funnel metrics, diagnose drop-offs, and implement improvements that directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction
- Create and refine sales collateral, onboarding materials, and demo workflows, then make sure they’re used consistently and effectively
- Prepare the function to scale by identifying the right systems, tools, and future hires
