Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics – ideally from an enterprise tech company within CRM, product, and/or merchandising
  • Highly proficient in establishing patterns and insights from complex data
  • Analytical thinker with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Thorough understanding of messaging channel metrics and standard messaging KPIs
  • Strong cross-functional partner; able to accurately represent the business/strategy with product, engineering, and data science partners
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently amid ambiguity
  • Strong, collaborative teammate who can build positive and productive relationships
  • Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
  • Great presentation skills and can explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand ways
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop the messaging analytics roadmap based off the strategic campaign roadmap
  • Manage and define test strategies for messaging campaigns
  • Deeply comprehend the impact of team priorities on business outcomes
  • Propose new tactics, initiatives or optimization to consider based on historical results
