Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics – ideally from an enterprise tech company within CRM, product, and/or merchandising
- Highly proficient in establishing patterns and insights from complex data
- Analytical thinker with strong communication and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of messaging channel metrics and standard messaging KPIs
- Strong cross-functional partner; able to accurately represent the business/strategy with product, engineering, and data science partners
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently amid ambiguity
- Strong, collaborative teammate who can build positive and productive relationships
- Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
- Great presentation skills and can explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand ways
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop the messaging analytics roadmap based off the strategic campaign roadmap
- Manage and define test strategies for messaging campaigns
- Deeply comprehend the impact of team priorities on business outcomes
- Propose new tactics, initiatives or optimization to consider based on historical results
