Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experiences in market insights related field both on the qualitative and quantitative projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Track record of developing brand strategies
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a highly regulated and complex industry

Responsibilities

  • Own the measurement, analysis, and reporting of consumer-level metrics; making strategic recommendations to the marketing team and beyond
  • Own the management of brand health tracking to connect the dots between consumer insights and day-to-day marketing activities
  • Transform data and insights into cohesive, outcome-oriented stories and brand strategies
  • Lead consumer research projects that support the strategic direction of content and brand initiatives across owned channels as well as with partners
  • Understand and tap into cultural insights that support brief development and brand positioning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and analyze customer data, including surveys, usage data, engagements, and other voice of the customer feedback
  • Be the subject matter expert on external and internal data collection tools
  • Optimize a process for gathering internal customer data and disseminating it across the organization and develop strategies to improve internal customer metrics
  • Work alongside external partners, optimizing dashboards and survey-drive data collection
  • Tailor and present insights and findings to internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of iGaming category considered an asset
  • Proven ability to innovate and create differentiating, proprietary marketing programs to build brand leadership
  • Proven track record of growing and developing people
  • Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
