Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 – 5 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry.
- MS Office suite including strong MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.
- Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life science industry.
- Has necessary subject matter expertise to effectively manage solutions within Patient Support Services.
Responsibilities
- Delivers high quality, on-time deliverables to client RFPs in the life sciences field in the realm of patient support and adjacent topics.
- Performs quantitative or qualitative analysis to identify client issues.
- Reviews and analyzes client requirements and develops insightful, value add proposals; communicates with clients; develops and may present complete client-specific solutions and recommendations.
- Connects business problems to proper solutions and offerings. Primarily solution driven. Develops and/or elevates new business opportunities.
- Participates or leads teams in the design, development, and delivery of proposed solutions in support of Patient Support Services (PSS) goals and objectives.
- Understands and analyzes client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals, solutions documentation, storyboarding, product demo content, etc.
- Develops detailed documentation and specifications.
- Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
- May deliver some findings to clients.
- Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
- Contributes to thought leadership strategy and content development.
- Actively participates and contributes to the ongoing development and improvement of internal work processes (for example, RFP process, bid defense, strategic planning, etc.).
- Serves as a solutions-based team member, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem-solving skills.
