Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction quality management, preferably in the transit facilities sector.
- In-depth knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for construction projects in the transit facilities sector.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential quality issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality-related concerns and provide guidance on quality control measures.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with third-party testing agencies to perform material and structural testing as required.
- Document and report quality control findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for project teams to enhance their understanding of quality control procedures.
