Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant construction project management expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or SAP
- Sound financial acumen, such as managing cash flow and budgeting
- Ability to audit compliance and ensure safety on worksites
Responsibilities
- Maintain/update the agreed upon schedule
- Manage status of project resources (including material, labor, etc.)
- Handle procurement related responsibilities (such as subcontracts and vendors)
- Ensure quality is addressed throughout the project life cycle
- Act on punch-list items
