Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Technologies; or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of related work experience for the Construction Project Manager
- 8+ years of related work experience for the Senior Construction Project Manager
- Experience in construction project management or project engineering
- Prior experience providing guidance and direction to subcontractors
- Ability to read and understand plans, specification, and scopes of work
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Planning, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple items, prioritize effectively, and react to change orders
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with a valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel requirements (approximately 10% to our field offices).
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned construction projects ensuring adherence to organizational standards, business objectives, key milestones, and external requirements
- Collaborate across various teams to ensure deliverables are tracking on time and within budget
- Identify and resolve concerns and needs for timely resolution
- Foster and maintain relationships with our business stakeholders and executives, providing regular updates on construction progress and next steps
- Serve as main point of contact for external vendors and subcontractors, providing direction on construction plans
- Conduct job site visits to inspect progress, scheduling updates, and adherence to workforce requirements
