Configuration Management Analyst

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of Technical Order (TO) publishing experience. A high school diploma or GED with 8 years of experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
Knowledge of Military Specifications (MIL-SPEC), related Air Force policy, and document type definitions (DTDs).
Experienced in FrameMaker, SGML, XML (S1000D) editing and publishing.
Experience with and knowledge of Content Management Systems such as TeamCenter or Contenta.
Strong troubleshooting skillset.
Demonstrated self-motivated, self-supervisory, results oriented skills.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and strong verbal/written communication skills.
U.S. citizenship required.
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Must be able to work on-site at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Support and troubleshoot issues with Adobe FrameMaker, Arbortext Editor, S1000D LiveContent Viewer, and Contenta (a Content Management System).
Support and verify Technical Manual Specification Standards (TMSS) compliance.
Support and troubleshoot issues with FrameMaker, SGML, and XML (S1000D) file types.
Work under general supervision to utilize S1000D Business Rules, S1000D Business Rules Exchange (BREX), Data Module (DM) development and sustainment, Data Module Requirements List (DMRL) development and sustainment, Publication Module development and sustainment, and Common Source Database (CSDB) management system.
Formulate and execute quality assurance steps to ensure documents meet process requirements and Military Specification and Standards.
Create and support creation of guidance documents for system users.
