Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as standard office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills, with particular attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the property’s core service standards and brand
- Collaborate with managers to fully understand each assigned program
- Handle catering inquiries through phone and email communication with clients
- Complete and share reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Maintain files and manage access to sensitive and confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) year of previous guest services and / or administrative experience preferred
