Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Active DoD Secret level security clearance (at a minimum), to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years, or must be enrolled in the DoD Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP).
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11 as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
Responsibilities
- Resolve issues surrounding Information Assurance (IA) while demonstrating expertise in customer service.
- Assist Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) with account management, certifying PCs, briefings, wireless scans of classified areas, maintenance of hardware and software baselines, and other duties as required.
- Record, maintain, and update records in the organization’s database.
- Ensure that users have current annual briefings and if not, schedule briefings for those individuals.
- Work with systems administrators to ensure that proper paperwork is submitted to enable account creation for classified systems.
- Review input data to verify adequacy and appropriateness of material required for data processing and related operations.
- Review output data to verify completeness, accuracy, and conformance to quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate internal records.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I baseline certification (example: Security+ CE).
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Familiarity with Risk Managed Framework and eMASS.
