Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline preferred from an accredited university and 2 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree in a related discipline and 0 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience instead of a degree may be considered
- Applicants must have a current active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
- DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, SCNP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, CCNA Security, etc.)
- Position requires rotating 24/7 shift work and will be assigned to a shift and assignment (Ops or Training) to be determined by mission requirements. Some substitute rotation during off-shifts, including nights and weekends, will be required
- Must have experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments
- Must have experience in system and/or network administration that includes: UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco, Juniper
- Must have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to the warfighter and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC hardware, software, and networks
- Document and report all events/issues to the CWO and receive tasking and direction from the CCC for all operations, test & real-world events
- Assist in all hardware/software installations as directed by the local SMEs and create and maintain user accounts as directed by the local ISSO
- Focus on Lab and Test activities
- Performs other duties and assignments as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Current and Active in-scope DoD-Issued TS/SCI clearance is highly desired
- Experience and knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems
