Computer Operations Analyst

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline preferred from an accredited university and 2 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree in a related discipline and 0 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience instead of a degree may be considered
Applicants must have a current active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, SCNP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, CCNA Security, etc.)
Position requires rotating 24/7 shift work and will be assigned to a shift and assignment (Ops or Training) to be determined by mission requirements. Some substitute rotation during off-shifts, including nights and weekends, will be required
Must have experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments
Must have experience in system and/or network administration that includes: UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco, Juniper
Must have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Provide first-level technical support to the warfighter and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC hardware, software, and networks
Document and report all events/issues to the CWO and receive tasking and direction from the CCC for all operations, test & real-world events
Assist in all hardware/software installations as directed by the local SMEs and create and maintain user accounts as directed by the local ISSO
Focus on Lab and Test activities
Performs other duties and assignments as required
