Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
- Two (2) years of network engineering or related IT experience working with large scale networks
- Experience implementing and supporting network deployments
- Experience troubleshooting complex network problems
- Experience building data centers using SPINE-LEAF architecture
- Experience working with network platforms such as Arista, Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper
- Knowledge of IP networking and network analysis fundamentals
- Experience in the application of IP protocols
- Experience in automation and scripting
- Experience in QoS, Multicast, BGP, OSPF, TACACS, IPSEC, VPNs, Netflow, DNS and EVPN-VXLAN
- Experience with multiple cloud environments such as AWS, AZURE and Google cloud
- Experience in the media or broadcast industry
Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly resilient and scalable network supporting media workflows and live broadcast events
- Work closely with multiple teams and disciplines across the enterprise to conceptualize, build and integrate solutions and services
- Design and implement secure network environments capable of transporting live and file-based content over private and public networks
- Work with other teams to design and build out scalable solutions to business related problems
- Troubleshoot service impacting issues
- Mentor junior level members of the team
- Serve as point of escalation for network issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
