Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience in Aerospace, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering OR
- A Master’s degree in Engineering OR
- JD/PhD with 0+ years of experience in Aerospace, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

Responsibilities
- Create engineering solutions that satisfy functional and physical requirements symptomatic of Product System and Sub-System level environments.
- Responsible for the on-time delivery and quality of component design definition artefacts i.e. documents, models, definitions that meet system level and sub-system requirements.
- Participate within an IPT described by Product Lifecycle System (PLS) and operate in accordance with applicable Rolls-Royce Management System (RRMS) policies and processes.
- Responsible for sub-system integration of the technical activities for their design solutions and enabling lifecycle profitability through the Supply Chain Design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent knowledge of GD&T is required to communicate and manage design intent on engineering drawing definitions and specs
- Turbomachinery experience and understanding
- Ability to communicate, write clear presentations and technical reports
- Prior experience working with manufacturing and problems that arise from nonconforming
