Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affordable housing compliance (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8)
- Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines across multiple properties
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of resident files to ensure compliance with affordable housing programs
- Support properties with timely completion of move-ins, annual and interim recertifications
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly
- Provide training and guidance to on-site teams regarding compliance procedures
- Assist in preparing for and responding to third-party and agency audits
- Travel between properties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Yardi experience is a plus
