Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, program management or consulting.
Responsibilities
- Manage compliance projects and processes, planning execution, monitoring progress, coordinating timelines, and driving outcomes.
- Identify program deficiencies, assess gaps, design controls, apply risk management knowledge, and report findings to stakeholders and leadership.
- Provide subject matter expertise for scaled compliance workflows, monitoring performance, suggesting enhancements, and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting, aligning stakeholders on decisions and adapting to changes.
- Develop training materials, deliver training segments, challenge the status quo, and solve problems to improve compliance effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with industry-accepted compliance policies and frameworks.
- Understanding of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify risks and dependencies, and propose solutions.
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, executive management, and regulators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively write, edit and collaborate, including emails, documentation and slide presentations.
