Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Operationally oriented with the ability to correlate operating performance and financial trends.
- Advanced to Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups and advanced formula utilization).
- The ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data, summarizing into concise financial models.
- Reporting software experience with Microsoft Excel/ Crystal Reports/ Salesforce.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties in a team orientated setting.
- Outstanding organizational, and oral/written communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet project deadline.
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of all city compliance duties, including monthly, quarterly, & annual reports, city audits, and Salesforce.
- Assemble information for responding to requests from auditors.
- Data reporting validation, preparation and presentation to city officials.
- Collaborate with other departments when needed to complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks needed depending on the franchise city.
- Respond to requests from cities for ad hoc reports by retrieving and summarizing financial and operational data.
- Supervise and oversee the administrative staff on day to day responsibilities and deadlines.
