Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in compliance or a project management role
- Stellar organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational processes and projects
- Comfort with core business tools (Excel, Adobe, Word) and basic analysis
- Team player that thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Responsibilities
- Project manage and execute on Maven’s fertility benefits legal and regulatory requirements including third party administrators, pharmacy benefits management, and utilization management/review
- Support will include regulatory monitoring and research, policy management and implementation, and internal audits for compliance
- Complete initial applications for and establish ongoing maintenance of pharmacy benefits manager licenses and utilization management licenses
- Maintain and streamline third party administrator licenses, including annual renewals, financial reporting, and regulatory filings
- Work closely with crossfunctional partners in finance, network operations, and legal
- Develop relationships with and conduct outreach to applicable state regulators to support Maven’s compliance with third party administrator, pharmacy benefits manager, and UM/UR requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare and/or with Google Gemini is a plus
